WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE FROM?

We mainly use 18Ct gold plated stainless steel for gold items and gemstones items like our natural freshwater pearls collection. All our jewellery are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

In addition, we use anti-tarnish finishes on our jewellery pieces to help prevent them from losing their shine over time. This means that you can enjoy your jewellery pieces for years to come without having to worry about polishing or cleaning them frequently.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY ITEM?

Here are some tips on how to care for gold-plated jewelry:

  1. Keep it dry: Avoid exposing your gold-plated jewelry to water or moisture, as this can cause the gold plating to wear off more quickly. Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or engaging in any other activities that may expose it to water.
  2. Store it carefully: When not in use, store your gold-plated jewelry in a dry and clean place. You can use a jewelry box or a soft cloth pouch to protect it from scratches and dust.
  3. Avoid harsh chemicals: Chemicals such as perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions can damage the gold plating on your jewelry. Be sure to apply these products before putting on your jewelry and avoid spraying them directly onto your jewelry.
  4. Clean it gently: To clean your gold-plated jewelry, use a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Do not use any abrasive materials or harsh chemicals, as this can damage the gold plating. Gently rub the jewelry with the cloth and then rinse it with clean water and pat it dry.

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

All the sizes and lengths are mentioned in the description of the products (earring size, necklace length, etc). All the rings in our store are resizable / extendable meaning that they will fit any ring size.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY DAMAGED DORDER?

We're sorry to hear that you have received a damaged product from our online jewelry shop. We take great care in packaging and shipping our jewelry pieces, but unfortunately, sometimes things can get damaged in transit. Rest assured that we are here to help and will do everything we can to make things right for you.
